Photo Essay: Cinco De Mayo Festival

At the fair there was a variety of Mexican Cuisine like this corn on the cob with mayo, cheese, and chili powder, which is often seen in Mexico as a popular street food.

A young girl and her mother as they enjoy one of the many fast rides that were available at the fair. 

Interaction:
Crisanta Ruth as she asks a customer what kind of the many fruit juices they want from all the ones her and her family had been rapidly making all day, as they try to keep up with the amount of people at the festival.

How to Sequence:
A worker cuts thin strips of meat off the cooking spit (Above), as the other workers make tacos Al Pastor to serve to the customers (Below). 


The Clincher:
These young brightly dressed dancers pridefully perform traditional folkloric Mexican dances, which illustrate the true story of Cinco De Mayo.
